Which shell fabrics and trims do you use for bomber jackets?

For bomber jackets we normally work with four main shell categories: glossy nylon flight satin for classic MA-1 looks, Taslan or microfiber for a matte, streetwear-friendly surface, technical ripstop for a more outdoor or utility feel, and leather/PU for A-2-style jackets. Rib knit cuffs, hem and collar can be made in 1×1 or 2×2 constructions, with heights adjusted to control the silhouette (classic, boxy or cropped). Hardware sets include branded or YKK zippers, snaps, reversible pulls and optional storm flaps. Before approving any shell, we test for pilling, seam slippage, colorfastness and basic abrasion so your bomber jackets can handle real-world wear in your target markets.
