Crewneck programs often need more than one fleece weight to cover all markets. Lighter loopback or unbrushed French terry works well for spring, summer evenings or indoor use, especially layered over tees. For colder regions and winter-focused lines, we recommend brushed-back fleece in the 300–380gsm range for a warmer, more substantial handfeel. Throughout development we balance shrinkage, handle and interior finish so the garments remain comfortable next to skin and still layer smoothly under jackets.
